As we all know, the quality of synthetic fibers is determined by a combination of many performance indicators, including physical and mechanical performance indicators, stability performance indicators and processing performance indicators. The requirements for quality indicators are not identical for different production processes. As for the fibers used for the sprayed cotton, it is required that the fibers have a fine fineness, a high number of crimps and a high degree of curl, and the fibers have good cohesion with each other. In the conventional polyester, 30~70% of feather-like fibers are mixed to produce feather-like cotton. The so-called feather-like fiber is actually a three-dimensional crimped hollow polyester fiber treated with silicone oil.
